Kuldip Rae Singh was (is?) a Kashmiri born in 1933. He had a beautiful baritone voice. He appeared on the George Gobel Show and several times on Groucho Marx's "You Bet Your Life" in 1956.Ed Sullivan tried to get him but was outbid by Gobel.These appearances created a certain immediate fan base,which included a number of sign waving girls.In the slang of the day,he was known as "Cool Dip". Fan mail included marriage proposals.There were also movie offers.However,to quote from "As Long As They're Laughing" by Robert Dwan ( a book about Groucho's TV show ) Kuldip's career "almost happened,but not quite". | Comments: | Thanks a lot for your answer.I used Real Producer when I had my URL on AOL to show some of my songs but I left AOL and now have started a URL on Fortunecity.com. and the RPro dosen't seem to work there but that's another problem. I think I am filling in the blanks in the Publish to the Web part of it. Tell me if this is right. I can push the record button on RPro and play my keyboard after filling out all of the prior info. Now how do I find that file that I just recorded so that I can attach it |
